Alejandro "Alex" Sasieta is the managing partner at Sasieta Law. Mr. Sasieta has represented thousands of  clients regarding First Party Property disputes and Personal Injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at several South Florida law firms specializing in all aspects of Litigation. 


Mr. Sasieta earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola New Orleans, he also received a legal certificate in International Law and acted as the Wellness chair for the student bar association. Throughout his Law School career, Mr. Sasieta was a teacher in several Orleans Parish High Schools while participating in Loyola’s Street Law program. Alex received his Bachelors degree in History from Florida International University. Alex is also a certified Circuit Court mediator in the state of Florida.


Mr. Sasieta was nominated and accepted as Lawyer of Distinction in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 for his work as an Insurance Attorney. He also received an  AV Preeminent® Rating, Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings, 2023.

Mr. Sasieta was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish. Alex is a proud alumnus of Christopher Columbus High School. When not litigating, you can find Alex enjoying time with his family, golfing or watching sports.
