Dana A. Sasieta
Dana grew up in New Port Richey, Florida, a suburb of Tampa. She attended the Academy of Holy Names, where she participated in track and softball and served as captain of the varsity basketball team. She went on to attend Lynchburg College, in Virginia on a basketball scholarship and ultimately finished her undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans.
In 2014, Dana graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and embarked on her career as a lawyer in 2014. She is presently a partner at Sasieta Law in the Coral Gables area of Florida. She specializes in marital and family law. She has dedicated her career to helping families navigate the difficulties of divorce and paternity cases.
Alejandro Sasieta
Alejandro Sasieta is a partner at Sasieta Law concentrating on Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at several Coral Gables law firms specializing in Personal Injury Protection Litigation and Property Insurance Litigation. Alejandro also has experience in family law and personal injury.
Mr. Sasieta is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida as well as the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Sasieta earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola New Orleans, he also received a legal certificate in International Law. Throughout his Law School career, Mr. Sasieta was a teacher in several Orleans Parish High Schools while participating in Loyola’s Street Law program. Mr. Sasieta was nominated and accepted as Lawyer of Distinction in 2020 for his work as an Insurance Attorney.
Mr. Sasieta was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish. Alejandro is a proud alumnus of Christopher Columbus High School.
Kevin Diaz
Kevin was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate degree from Florida International University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in college and graduated with service honors in law school.
Kevin Diaz has devoted his legal career to fairly and ethically achieving justice for his clients. He has personally handled many high-profiled cases representing homeowners and physically injured clients in obtaining just compensation for their losses.
Kevin has helped to obtain notable settlements for personal injury and property damage cases.
Kevin is a family man and enjoys spending his free time planning activities with them. Kevin is a black belt in Shotokan Karate. His hobbies include golf, football, basketball and travel. He is a life-long Miami Dolphins fan. Kevin considers his ability to help people an honor and privilege.
